SERVICES

Pediatric Counseling

This includes children ages 3 to 18 years old. Research shows us that our brains have the largest growth spurt before 5 years of age and continue to grow at rapid speed throughout adolescence and into one’s twenties. Knowing that children are operating with a brain that is still “under construction” is critical in providing best practice care for these kiddos.

Adult Counseling

Services are available for those in various seasons of life.  Each season can present with new transitions and challenges that can cause strain within the family system.  Seeking counseling throughout these periods of growing pains can be a valuable resource that provides much needed relief.

Individual Counseling

We work with people who desire full and healthy lives. We collaborate with individuals in determining and establishing positive patterns for themselves and their relationships with others.

The power of the lily pad - People too need a safe place to land

Family Counseling

Families have the opportunity to provide a safe atmosphere of acceptance, love, encouragement and support. Unfortunately, families can often be a source of pain and suffering. Our goal is to restore the attachments within the family unit to one that provides a safe haven and allows room for both individual growth and connectedness.

Couples Counseling

Being in a healthy relationship is not always easy. It takes commitment, awareness, hard work, and willingness to accept responsibility. This requires communication, honesty, and  vulnerability. However, having a healthy relationship with someone with whom you feel safe enough to be vulnerable can be the most fulfilling experience! We are social beings after all. We aim to increase our couple clients’ awareness of the unhealthy habits they’ve succumbed to so that they can then choose to create healthier relational habits and ultimately restore their relationship to its fullest potential.

Group Counseling

Groups consist of generally 6-8 children or 8-10 adults who present with the same concerns or goals.  This can be effective because it can easily normalize the struggles an individual may be going through and provide a support system of others who share similar experiences.
